The Crew won in a game without any actual score

Ah yes, Logan's under-6 soccer team won today under the supreme coaching of Citizen Grant and behind the goal scoring prowess of three of the kids. We aren't supposed to keep score, but after being tied, we took it to them for four straight unanswered goals. YEAH BOOOOY!

I am so glad the conventions are over for this election. I watched quite a bit of the GOP this past week and felt a wee bit violated after doing so. They are the most cynical, condescending ( I absolutely fucking hate condescension), negative and war hungry bastards out there. Sarah Palin made up quite a bit of her material. The pipeline? It's only on paper and may never be realized. The plane on ebay? They put it on but it didn't sell. Obama raising taxes? Only on the rich folks. Then there's troopergate and her prego teen daughter. If the abstinence program doesn't work for your own kid, chances are it's not going to work for most. Then she's leaving her 4 month old Down's kid behind for everyone else to watch. Apparently in Alaska, they have a ton of family to help with all the kids. What's she going to do in Washington? Hopefully, we won't ever have to find out the answer. Then there was the traitorous Leiberman, who by the way might be the most sinfully boring man. I voted for ol Joe and Al in 2000, but no wonder the Gore ticket lost (well, kinda). Rudy was plain awful. All he can talk about is 9/11. It was horrible Rudy, move on. Anywho, I'm voting for Obama-Biden since they actually gave some plans for what they want to do. Plus, they aren't Republican assholes.
