I saw it too the other day at the Monument Circle. For a moment I was excited, but then hoosiers around me behaved as if this was a routine sighting for them. So, I did not care to bring this up realizing that this is not a novelty here.
.....And that thing was walking around with a sack full of Vuvuzelas.
