On the cover

Why is it when a star is on the cover of a magazine there is always a line like, "The dirty secrets, sex, the naughty thing they do to unwind, and why they think whores should be paid more"? I know it's to grab the readers attention, but if I were on the cover of a magazine it might go more like, "Citizen Grant - On peace and quiet, video games, books, and why it's nice to just lay on the couch and watch a movie. Also - why he thinks boobs are great." You gotta give them something right?
